Davis + Moore Travel is a trading name of DM Travel Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of davisandmoore.com and of the travel planning quiz websites we operate. By using our website, our quizzes, or our contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms cover the website only. They are not the contract for a trip.
When you go on to book travel with us, a separate document, our Terms and Conditions of Booking, governs that booking. It covers prices, deposits and payment, cancellations and refunds, passports and visas, insurance, health and fitness, events outside anyone's control, assumption of risk, and liability. You will be given those Terms and Conditions before you are asked to pay anything, and you accept them when you pay a deposit or make a booking.
Nothing on this page varies, replaces or overrides them. If anything here appears to conflict with the Terms and Conditions of Booking in relation to a booking, those Terms and Conditions apply.
Davis + Moore Travel is a travel agency. We plan trips and we book travel on our clients' behalf, acting as a booking agent and intermediary between the client and the independent suppliers who actually provide the travel: airlines, hotels, lodges, cruise lines, rail operators, tour operators, ground transport companies, and local specialists and guides.
We do not own, operate or control any of those suppliers. The detail of that relationship, and what it means for your booking, is set out in the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
You may use our website and quizzes for your own personal, non-commercial purposes: reading them, completing a quiz, and contacting us about travel.
You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, and in particular not to submit false or misleading information or somebody else's contact details, to submit content that is unlawful or abusive, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape, harvest or systematically copy content or data from it.
We may withdraw or restrict access to the site, or to any part of it, at any time.
You confirm that any information you give us through a quiz, the contact form, or by contacting us directly is accurate, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
What we do with that information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The trip summaries generated by our quizzes are created using artificial intelligence based on your quiz responses. They are intended as inspiration and a starting point for a conversation.
They are not confirmed itineraries, quotes, or offers, and nothing in them is held or reserved. Availability and pricing are confirmed only when a booking is made, under the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
By opting in to receive text messages from Davis + Moore Travel, you agree to the following terms:
What you are opting in to: By checking the SMS consent box and submitting your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Davis + Moore Travel related to your trip inquiry, including itinerary updates, appointment reminders, and travel planning communications.
Where the consent box appears: The SMS consent box is on the lead capture form at the end of our travel planning quizzes. It is the only place we ask for it. Submitting the contact form on our website does not opt you in to text messages, and we will not text you as a result of using it.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive between 1 and 10 messages per month depending on the status of your trip inquiry.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Davis + Moore does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.
How to opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

Consent is voluntary: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still use our quiz and receive a trip proposal without opting in to text messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and mobile information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Carrier liability: Davis + Moore is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for the content of any messages sent through this program.
All content on our website and quiz pages, including text, design, graphics, photography, and code, is the property of Davis + Moore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any of it without our written permission.
Our pages may link to websites operated by suppliers and other third parties. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability, or anything they offer.
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but travel information changes constantly. Nothing on this website is a quote, an offer, or advice you should rely on without checking it with us.
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website, from information published on it, or from any AI-generated trip summary, is excluded. Liability arising from a booking is dealt with in the Terms and Conditions of Booking and not here.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
No waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website. Your booking is governed separately by the Terms and Conditions of Booking.
