Will somebody call me?
Not out of the blue, and not just because you filled in a form. We'll reply by email or text first. If you want a trip designed, we'll suggest a proper call, because twenty minutes on the phone gets further than a week of messages. We'll arrange that together.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same working day, and always within two. If a question needs an answer from someone on the ground in that country, we'll tell you rather than go quiet on you.
What should I have ready?
Nothing. A rough month, who's coming, and anything you know you do or don't want. If you've got none of that yet, tell us and we'll start with questions instead.
I'm not ready to book anything.
That's fine and it's most people. Plenty of trips we plan start a year or more before anyone travels, and some conversations don't turn into a trip at all. Neither's a problem.
Answering a few questions takes about ten minutes and gets you a real plan rather than just a reply. It's the faster route if you already know you want to travel.
