About

We'll take it from here.

Davis + Moore plans four and five-star trips for travelers who want an incredible trip without spending their weekends researching. Tell us what you've got in mind. We'll handle the research, planning, and booking.

Who we are

We build the trip around you.

There's no catalog here and nothing you're pushed into. We start with how you want to travel, then design the plan to fit it, working through local experts in the countries you're visiting. That's the whole idea.

What we believe

A great trip isn't a long checklist of sights. It's the right pace, the right places, and enough time to enjoy being there.

How we work

We'll ask a few questions, then go to work. You'll see a clear plan with verified hotels and real prices before anything's booked.

The hard part

Why people come to us.

Most of our clients aren't short on options. They're short on a clear way to choose between them.

We'll do the research, you get answers

Review sites are full of people who wanted a totally different trip than yours. Search engines highlight whoever pays most. We'll narrow it down to a few options that actually fit what you want, and tell you why we chose them.

You'll know what it costs upfront

You'll get a written plan with clear hotel names and real prices before anything's booked. No surprises.

Someone to call while you're away

Plans change. Weather, flights, or a closed road. You've got one number to call, with local experts ready to help.

What clients say.

Real trips, real names, and how we helped take the stress out of their vacation.

"I had so many friends telling me what we needed to do in Italy that we had complete decision paralysis. Dean cut through all the noise, picked two amazing bases instead of having us rush through five cities, and got the pacing just right. It was the first vacation in years where I didn't feel like I was working a second job while planning."

"We were overwhelmed with the idea of planning all the flight transfers and safari lodge options, but working with Terry made the whole experience super smooth and stress-free. Having an expert team in our corner who handled all the details meant we could just pack our bags and enjoy the journey. Worth every penny."

"The last travel company we used pushed us into group tours and chain hotels, but Dean completely understood what we were looking for. Every hotel he recommended was incredible, and the private guides he set us up with were top-notch. We'll never go back to planning major trips on our own."

What we plan

Trips we've designed.

Here are a few trips we've built for clients. Every plan started with a conversation, not a template, and none of them fit everyone. That's the whole point.

Kenya · ten days

A first safari without the crowds

Private conservancies instead of crowded reserves, so there are three vehicles at a sighting rather than fifteen. Two camps instead of four, so days aren't spent packing bags. Ending with four coastal days, because nobody wants to fly home tired. It's best between July and October.

Portugal · twelve days

Two cities and a slow week in between

Lisbon at one end, Porto at the other, and the Douro valley in the middle doing the actual work. One hotel change instead of five. A private driver for wine country, so neither of you has to stay sober. May or late September are ideal, when it's warm and tour buses have thinned out.

Japan · fourteen days

Japan at a pace you'll actually enjoy

Three bases rather than seven. Trains between them with luggage sent ahead, so nobody's lugging bags up station staircases. Local guides for the two days where they're genuinely helpful, and freedom for the days they aren't. Go in late March for blossoms, or November when it's quiet.
